When are the socks dispatched?
Our orders are dispatched Monday-Friday, excluding bank holidays and our factory closures, which we notify close to the times of. Orders placed Monday to Thursday before 1pm, or Friday before 10am will be dispatched the same day. Any orders placed after 10am on Friday, or over the weekend, will be dispatched on Monday.
Next Day Delivery
£5.99 (free for orders over £50)
Your order will arrive by Royal Mail the day after it is dispatched. Someone will need to be present to sign for the parcel. If not, a note will be left with details.
Standard Delivery (3-5 working days)
£1.99 (free for orders over £20)
Your order will arrive by Royal Mail within 3-5 working days. Someone will need to be present to sign for the parcel. If not, a note will be left with details.
£20 (free for orders over £100)

SOMETHING WRONG WITH YOUR SOCKS?
We accept returns on all items; no quibble and we always aim to make this process as easy and hassle-free as possible.
Return your socks within 14 days of the dispatch date in their original condition, with all original packaging, to:

Include the delivery note we sent with the socks and attach a reason for the return (doesn't fit, ordered the wrong item, my partner/child/friend doesn't appreciate a great gift, not as I thought, etc.) and if you would like a refund or an exchange.
We ask you to take reasonable care of the goods you purchase while they are in your possession. You may inspect and try on the goods as you would try them on in our store but the original packaging should be retained. Goods should not be used, soiled, torn or damaged.
Once the return has been received, we will get in touch with you by email.
We do not accept liability for goods which are damaged or lost during return shipment to us.
