When are the socks despatched?
Our orders are despatched Monday-Friday, excluding bank holidays and our factory closures, which we notify close to the times of. Orders placed Monday to Thursday before 1pm, or Friday before 10am will be despatched the same day. Any orders placed after 10am on Friday, or over the weekend, will be despatched on the Monday.
How long does it take after dispatch for my socks to arrive?
Tracked Royal Mail Next Day
£4.99 (free for orders over £50)
Your order will arrive by Royal Mail the day after it is dispatched. Someone will need to be present to sign for the parcel. If not, a note will be left with details.
Untracked Royal Mail First Class (2-4 Working Days after despatch)
£1.99 (free for orders over £15)
Your order will arrive by Royal Mail within 2-4 working days after desptach. This option cannot be tracked, and you don't need to be in to sign for the parcel. Most of our standard boxes can fit through most letterboxes.
£20 (free for orders over £100)

SOMETHING WRONG WITH YOUR SOCKS?
We accept returns on all items; no quibble and we always aim to make this process as easy and hassle-free as possible.
Return your socks within 14 days of the dispatch date in their original condition, with all original packaging, to:

(you can use the printed sticker we include on your packing slip)
Include the delivery note we sent with the socks and attach a reason for the return (doesn't fit, ordered the wrong item, my partner/child/friend doesn't appreciate a great gift, not as I thought, etc.) and if you would like a refund or an exchange.
We ask you to take reasonable care of the goods you purchase while they are in your possession. You may inspect and try on the goods as you would try them on in our store but the original packaging should be retained. Goods should not be used, soiled, torn or damaged.
Once the return has been received, we will get in touch with you by email.
We do not accept liability for goods which are damaged or lost during return shipment to us.

Your payment information is processed securely. We do not store credit card details nor have access to your credit card information.

Choose from either receiving 1 pair or 3 pairs in each box.
HOW OFTEN WOULD YOU LIKE YOUR SOCKS?
Choose either every 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 or 6 months. You can change the frequency or skip a box at any time.
HOW MANY BOXES TOTAL?
Choose how many boxes you want in total in your subscription. Choose "Ongoing" to keep receiving boxes until further notice.
CHOOSE YOUR SOCKS
Pick the socks you would like in your box, and checkout to start the subscription. For future boxes, you can login to choose socks from that month's availability. Don't worry if you don't, we will pick them for you based on what you put in your first box, making sure you have something different each time.
CHANGE, SKIP AND CANCEL AT ANY TIME
By logging into your account on our website, you can manage your subscription. You have the option to pick your socks for your next box, change the frequency, skip a box or cancel* the subscription at any time.
*you can only cancel after the first 2 orders of your subscription
PAY AS YOU GO
Your account will be charged before each box is due to be sent for the price of that box.
